Tippy came to rescue with her two brothers, in search of a perfect forever family of her own. She is a very sweet gal who loves to play! She is working hard on her housetraining, her foster mom believes she will catch on quickly as she is very smart. Tippy will need a patient owner who has the time teach her new things and provide lots of socialization. Tippy will go to her forever home with the understanding that she must return to our veterinarian at 6 months of age for her spay surgery (covered by rescue). She is 3 months old, her adoption fee is $400 plus tax.
More about TippyGood with Dogs, Good with Kids, Playful, Eager To Please *All SFCR dogs are current on age-appropriate vaccinations (rabies, distemper, bordetella, and lepto), spayed/neutered (if at least 6 months of age), tested for heartworm & tick-borne diseases, receive dentals if needed, are started on preventatives for heartworm and fleas/ticks, and microchipped. Prior to being rescued, many of our dogs have received limited socialization, so they generally require extra time to settle in and acclimate. Skills like house training, leash walking, and mastering stairs may require a little extra practice. However, with understanding, patience, and a gentle hand, most of our dogs adapt quite quickly.
