Alfred is a goofy pup with a lot of energy. He is unsure about new things at first and can seem quite timid. But once he becomes comfortable, he is very active and learns relatively quickly. He is great in his crate- no barking. He sleeps through the night and is improving on his potty training. This sweet boy bonds quickly to people and is ready for his new family.
ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS:
Alfred is neutered, current on vaccinations & monthly preventatives, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $650 plus tax. More about AlfredGood with Dogs, Good with Cats, Good with Kids, Requires a yard *All SFCR dogs are current on age-appropriate vaccinations (rabies, distemper, bordetella, and lepto), spayed/neutered (if at least 6 months of age), tested for heartworm & tick-borne diseases, receive dentals if needed, are started on preventatives for heartworm and fleas/ticks, and microchipped. Prior to being rescued, many of our dogs have received limited socialization, so they generally require extra time to settle in and acclimate. Skills like house training, leash walking, and mastering stairs may require a little extra practice. However, with understanding, patience, and a gentle hand, most of our dogs adapt quite quickly.
