Annie is a very sweet cocker spaniel/poodle mix in search of her forever family.

She came to SFCR after being released from a commercial breeding program and is starting to figure out life as a house dog.

Annie is timid when meeting new people and will need a patient family with a gentle touch.

Annie has done very well with her housetraining (on a consistent scheduled) and is housetrained.

 

ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Physically fenced in yard.
  • Confident resident dog preferred.

Annie has been spayed and had a dental cleaning while in rescue. She tested negative for heartworm, is current on vaccinations & monthly preventatives, dewormed, and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $500 plus tax.

*All SFCR dogs are current on age-appropriate vaccinations (rabies, distemper, bordetella, and lepto), spayed/neutered (if at least 6 months of age), tested for heartworm & tick-borne diseases, receive dentals if needed, are started on preventatives for heartworm and fleas/ticks, and microchipped.

Prior to being rescued, many of our dogs have received limited socialization, so they generally require extra time to settle in and acclimate. Skills like house training, leash walking, and mastering stairs may require a little extra practice. However, with understanding, patience, and a gentle hand, most of our dogs adapt quite quickly.
