Chevy is a very sweet Pomeranian puppy in search of his forever family. His foster mom says he loves being in her lap or near her on the couch. He's built much smaller than his friend, Lincoln. Loves to play with the resident dogs and other foster pups in the home. He listens and cocks his head when you speak to him, like he's trying to understand.
ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS:
Chevy's adoption fee is $600 plus tax, which includes his neuter, vaccinations, microchip, and fecal/deworming. More about ChevyGood with Dogs, Good with Cats, Good with Kids *All SFCR dogs are current on age-appropriate vaccinations (rabies, distemper, bordetella, and lepto), spayed/neutered (if at least 6 months of age), tested for heartworm & tick-borne diseases, receive dentals if needed, are started on preventatives for heartworm and fleas/ticks, and microchipped. Prior to being rescued, many of our dogs have received limited socialization, so they generally require extra time to settle in and acclimate. Skills like house training, leash walking, and mastering stairs may require a little extra practice. However, with understanding, patience, and a gentle hand, most of our dogs adapt quite quickly.
