Tank is a beautiful Golden Retriever puppy who came to rescue due to having a case of puppy strangles. He has healed up nicely and is doing so well! Thankfully puppy strangles is a condition puppies grow out of and it shouldn’t have any long term effects. Tank is all puppy and will need a family with the time to commit to him.
Tank’s adoption fee is $600 plus tax, which includes his neuter surgery at 8 months of age. More about TankGood with Dogs, Good with Cats, Good with Kids, Playful, Eager To Please, Intelligent *All SFCR dogs are current on age-appropriate vaccinations (rabies, distemper, bordetella, and lepto), spayed/neutered (if at least 6 months of age), tested for heartworm & tick-borne diseases, receive dentals if needed, are started on preventatives for heartworm and fleas/ticks, and microchipped. Prior to being rescued, many of our dogs have received limited socialization, so they generally require extra time to settle in and acclimate. Skills like house training, leash walking, and mastering stairs may require a little extra practice. However, with understanding, patience, and a gentle hand, most of our dogs adapt quite quickly. |
