Fiona is a sweet little gal in search of her forever family. Fiona is a very affectionate kitty that would make someone an excellent lap cat. She would do best in a quieter home, without small children. Fiona doesn't care for dogs much but would love to go to a home with another cat. Fiona is up to date on vaccinations, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, spayed, dewormed, and started on Revolution (as treatment/prevention for fleas & ear mites). More about FionaIs Not Good with Dogs, Good with Cats, Good with Older/Considerate Kids Only, Good for Seniors/Elderly, Timid *All SFCR dogs are current on age-appropriate vaccinations (rabies, distemper, bordetella, and lepto), spayed/neutered (if at least 6 months of age), tested for heartworm & tick-borne diseases, receive dentals if needed, are started on preventatives for heartworm and fleas/ticks, and microchipped. Prior to being rescued, many of our dogs have received limited socialization, so they generally require extra time to settle in and acclimate. Skills like house training, leash walking, and mastering stairs may require a little extra practice. However, with understanding, patience, and a gentle hand, most of our dogs adapt quite quickly.
