Ranger is a handsome cavalier in search of his forever family. He came to SFCR as breeder release and is loving living in a home with his foster family. 

Ranger mingles well with the other dogs in his foster home and is a very affectionate and loving fella. 

He is working hard on his housetraining and is crate trained. 

 

ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Physically fenced in yard preferred. 
  • Ranger would love a canine companion but it's not required. 

Ranger has been neutered and also had a dental with a few minor extractions. He tested negative for heartworm & tick-borne disease, is current on vaccinations & monthly preventatives, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $400 plus tax.

*All SFCR dogs are current on age-appropriate vaccinations (rabies, distemper, bordetella, and lepto), spayed/neutered (if at least 6 months of age), tested for heartworm & tick-borne diseases, receive dentals if needed, are started on preventatives for heartworm and fleas/ticks, and microchipped.

Prior to being rescued, many of our dogs have received limited socialization, so they generally require extra time to settle in and acclimate. Skills like house training, leash walking, and mastering stairs may require a little extra practice. However, with understanding, patience, and a gentle hand, most of our dogs adapt quite quickly.
